Job Description
The Role
Reporting directly to Regional Lead Trainer, Asia Pacific, the Junior Trainer, will assist with curating, creating, and deploying training content, with an initial focus on operational How-to guides for in-house software systems across the region. The Junior Trainer would also assist with conducting training workshops and future internal communications and LMS delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong written and communication skills which enable them to write and explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, with excellent learning agility.
The ideal candidate should have some training experience with technical information systems.
Main responsibilities-
- Work closely with Regional Lead Trainer to embed training content and processes across various categories of training across the region.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of the training requirements and training content requirements.
- Produce high-quality, technically accurate documentation materials that meet applicable standards.
- Conduct training workshops and relevant virtual training within the region for key frontline training programs as required.
- Assist to review and improve existing orientation and induction training programs.

- 4yrs Experience as Technical Trainer
- Degree in Information System, Computer Science, or Business Administration or relevant field of study required.
- Experience in capturing training requirements is highly desirable.
- Experience in writing technical or educational documentation is an advantage.
- Experience in the technology industry is Must
