OVERVIEW OF FUNCTION/BUSINESS
Saint-Gobain Sekurit supplies automotive glazing and modular components for the global vehicle manufacturing segment and the replacement market. The Company is present in 22 countries.
Saint-Gobain Sekurit India produces laminated windshields and tempered glazing for the Indian Automotive Market and has a presence in several important OEMs like Tata Motors, Hyundai
Motors, Maruti Suzuki,Honda, General Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Renault-Nissan among others. The product segment includes passenger cars and MUV's, Commercial Vehicles, 3-
wheelers and bus/coach builders. It has three manufacturing facilities in Sriperumbudur, Chakan and Bhiwadi and four Logisitics Service centres across India.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customer to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
2. Accountable for quality, cost , delivery , new developement and management engagement.
3. Identify new avenues for business development and RFQ management.
4. Research key customer wants and needs; suggest appropriate solutions
5. Find opportunity to improve profitability by leveraging change management, costs corrections and other opportunities.
6. Competitor benchmarking and analysis.
7. All commercial negotiation and act as one-point contact for the customer for the solutions
8. Solely responsible for marketing of added value products and opportunity differentiate in the market.
9. Measure, track, analyze and report key account metrics
10.Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

- Ctc 6 - 9 lacs
- 6yrs Experience into Same profile
- Must be From Automobile / Auto Component Companies
- Female Candidates Only
- Stability is a must of minimum 3 years in Current Compnay
- Should have a good knowledge base of the organization they have worked.
- BE with MBA
- Stability of minimum 3 years in last organization,
- Candidate has to be local,
- Work Location is Chakan, Pune.
