Job Description
Responsibilities
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Oversee staff on a daily basis
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
- Monitor and update cleaning products stock
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
- Requirements and skills
Requirements:
- Location: Surat
- Ctc 1.8 - 4 lacs
- 2yrs Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
- Should have Knwoledge of Computer Skills
- Only Male candidates
- Age of candidate should not be more than 34 years
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati
- Ability to handle basic computer operations
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Any Graduate
