Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional with 2-3 years of experience in the Hospitality background. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales goals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies & campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, including pipeline management, forecasts, and sales performance analysis.
- Provide feedback and market intelligence to internal teams to support product enhancements and improvements.
Requirements:
- Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
- Ctc 6 - 8 lacs
- 2yrs Experience into Corporate Sales
- Must be from a Hospitality background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
