1) Job Purpose: Write the purpose for which the job exists To supervise administrative services and partners and to fulfil various support & services requirements for smooth operations of business   unit/plant and seamless experience for employees and guests

2)  Dimensions: Mention quantitative or qualitative parameters that are relevant for the job and provide a better understanding of the scope and scale of the job.


Other Quantitative and Important Parameters for the job: Budgets/ Volumes/No.   of Products/Geography/ Markets/ Customers or any other parameter


3) Job Context & Major Challenges: Write the specific    aspects of the job that provide a challenge (internal and external) to the    jobholder in the context of the Business/Unit/Function/Department/Section ((Max 3975 Characters)

Administration Support

Coordinate and ensure effective administrative support and services such as Canteen   Management, Housekeeping, guest house management in the business unit/plant   to support business operations


Contractual Staff

Supervise and manage contractual administration staff including attendance, allocation of work, deployment etc. for supporting various business requirements


Liaison

Liaison with local authorities, local leaders, and opinion makers to fulfill various requirements   of the Business Unit/Plant.


Statutory Compliances

Drive Statutory Compliances related to engagement of Contract employees, administrative support services for the business/business unit


Process Efficiency

Ensure adherence to best practices of administrative support and services for the business unit/plant that complies with Statutory requirements and processes prescribed by the Group


5) Job Purpose of Direct Reports: Describe the job purpose of the direct report/s to the   job (in 2-3 lines for each report)  Has no direct reportee’s.

6) Relationships: Describe the nature and purpose of most important contacts or relationship (except superior/team members) with individuals,    departments, organizations inside and outside of the organization, that job is required to interact with in order to deliver the job objectives

7) Organizational Relationships: Provide the   structure for a level above and below the position for which this job   description is written. Use position titles in the structured and indicate   all the reports of the position.



Requirements:

  • Ctc 12 - 15 lacs
  • 4yrs Experience into Same Profile
  • Candidates Must be From Well Known Compay

  • Must have Handled Same Duties in large office / Plant / Factory

  • Candidates Must be From Manufacturing, Renewable Companies


NOTE: This is a facilities Administration role, not HR Admin. 

This role will include travel to plant locations for business purposes and locations can be remote.


Primary responsibilities will include- interdepartmental connect- Looking at guest relations- canteen management- admin management- inventory management- Travel Management, etc
