Requirements:
- Location: Gurgaon
- Ctc 5 - 6 lacs
- Salary- Open – Top Notch incentive Structure.
- Health Insurance facility + Free food and refreshment.
- Minimum 4 years Experience as Bench Sales Recruitment
- Working Hours: - Night Shift (6.30 PM IST – 3.30 AM IST) (ON SITE)
- Good Experience in handling full cycle of bench sales recruitment i.e., sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors, Direct/Implementation Clients etc. To submit the bench consultants.
- Experience working with OPT/H1B/EAD’s/GC/US Citizens/TN Visa work Authorization consultants.
- Strong understanding of technical requirement.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
- Deep sourcing skills and excellent candidates’ assessment Skills.
- Experience using job boars such as Dice, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
- Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
