Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about Zomato's services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in placing food orders, resolving order-related issues, and providing guidance on using the Zomato platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's database.
