-Handling new queries of the clients & regular follow-ups with the clients.
-Maintaining healthy relations with the client.
-Communicating with existing clients on calls & fixing appointments.
-Coordinating with our internal clinic team for appointment slots, mailing them for appointment fixed
-Exp. Handling any CRM for client detailed entries
-Well versed working on Excel and mails.
Requirements:
- Location: Delhi
- Ctc 2 - 3 lacs
- 1yr Experience into Similar profile
- Exp. Handling any CRM for client detailed entries
- Well versed working on Excel and mails.
- Timings- 10 AM-7 PM; Work days: Monday-Saturday
- Looking for candidates who can join quickly.
