Job Description:

We are currently seeking Relationship Manager Sales Officers for our Retail Branch Banking division. The primary responsibility of this role is to source new accounts from corporate clients assigned to the Key Client Management (KCM) portfolio.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure completion of all documentation and account opening formalities in the presence of the Sales Officer.
  • Verify the authenticity of documents and customers' identities.
  • Ensure all mandatory fields are accurately entered and that account opening documents are clear and legible.
  • Ensure the ID proof photograph is clearly visible and matches the photo on the AOD (Account Opening Document).
  • Maintain availability of Tatkal kits for inductions.


Additional Responsibilities:

Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management as required.
