Job Description
- Devise sales & marketing plans to achieve sales goals and KRA's for the assigned territory, contributing to business volume and growth.
- Implement sales & marketing initiatives to create a positive experience for clients.
- Identify and engage key influencers such as fabricators, architects, contractors, and builders, presenting them with tailored solutions.
- Secure high-value accounts through consultative selling and effective customer retention strategies.
- Nurture existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that align with their objectives.
- Cultivate long-term quality relationships with major Key Accounts, providing superior customer service.
- Actively participate in event marketing, sales, and brand promotion.
- Expand into new market segments using segmentation and penetration strategies for business growth.
- Forecast sales and develop KRA's for daily, monthly, and yearly sales target achievement.
- Foster a positive work environment that enhances team performance through excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
Requirements:
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
- Compensation: 7 - 10 lacs
- 3-6 years of experience in Institutional/Project/Solution Selling in a highly sales-oriented organization.
- Preferred experience in the building material industry.
- BE/BTech or BE/BTech with MBA preferred, but strong sales experience in Institutional/Project/Solution Selling is also considered.
- Consistent career progression without study gaps.
- Local candidates preferred.
