Runaya is a manufacturing entrepreneurial venture with a vision to leverage state-of-the-art technology to focus on innovation, sustainability, and global best practices in the manufacturing sector. At RPL, we are manufacturing telecommunication grade Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic Rods and Aramid reinforced rods for Optical fiber cables, using the latest Ultra Violate lights Curing Pultrusion Technology, Thermal Process Technology, and fully automated production lines, in Silvassa with 2 million km per annum production capacity and an opportunity to increase our capacity many folds in next two years.
Responsibilities:
· The incumbent will act as a key member of Plant/ Unit ManCom and work towards unlocking true potential of RPL.
· Provide leadership in designing and executing business strategies to ensure delivery of all business goals as per set targets.
· Financial planning, modelling, implementation and running of all financial activities including Business planning, budgeting, MIS, and Costing
· Play a critical role in generating free cash flow, gross working capital and revenue.
· Ensure return on investments for all strategic projects and assets.
· Treasury controls and enhanced MAS ratings
· Ensure leadership pipeline development and grooming.
· Responsible for driving highest order of governance, ethics, compliance & transparent reporting and managing business risk.
· Strong focus on digitalization & benchmarking with Global Best Practice Organization
Requirements:

Ideal Companies to be sourced from
large Manufacturing companies-Ex- Vedanta or Ex STL will be preferred
Qualification:
· CA with first attempt with minimum 5+ years of work experience
