Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Comprehend client needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Actively engage in front-end selling and cross-selling to potential buyers on the platform.
- Coordinate extensively with EMB partners to finalize deals.
- Provide daily progress, revenue, and activity reports for all clients.
- Analyze, research, recommend, and implement processes and systems.
- Acquire new clients through social media and network outreach.
- Manage all documentation required for transactions.
- Assist both buyers and sellers throughout ongoing transactions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to better understand their needs and concerns and collaborate with internal teams to address them.
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Location: Gurgaon
- Compensation: 3 - 6 lacs
- 1 year prior experience (internship) in B2B IT / SAAS sales environment Only
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and establish processes from the ground up.
- Strong emotional intelligence.
- Excellent research skills and resourcefulness.
- Exceptional communication skills.
