Job Description

JOB LOCATION: BENGALURU

Multiple Positions open for role of Sr. Consultant/ Assistant Manager / Manager


The primary purpose of the role is to:

• Work on change management programs, with oversight from a Transformational Change Manager

• Deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives

• Operate, with support where needed across change management, communications


Responsibilities

Work on projects to

• Execute change management plan

• Build and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard

• Ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to IT projects



Requirements:
Experience Required (MANDATORY)
• At least 4+ years’ experience of change management experience
• Candidate must have worked in a similar capacity and done at least 3+ end to end implementations in change management
• Experience in managing EXTERNAL Change Management Projects (Client facing) is a must
• Implementation experience in any ERP Enabled projects (Eg. SAP / S4 HANA/ Oracle/ etc.) is required

  1. Should have experience in OCM (organization Change)/ Behavioral change management (IT, ITIL experience will NOT be considered)
  2. Candidate should have the recent 60 to 70% change management experience in the entire career span

CERTIFICATION: Prosci Certified Change Practitioner

Qualification: BE / BTECH / BCA / BSC with an MBA

  • Approx 70% to 80 % of the candidates total experience should be in Organization Change Management

Compensation by level
  • Sr. Consultant/ AM - 6 to 9 Years- 15 LPA to 21 LPA
  • Manager-9 to 13 Years- 23 LPA to 28 LPA
