Position Name    : Chief Quality Officer

Experience           : 12+ years

Grade                    : M3/ M4

Qualification        : B.E / B.Tech (Metallurgy)

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure environment, health and safety at workplace with zero harm, zero discharge and      zero waste.
• Ensure 100 % availability and reliability of test equipment’s of raw material and finished products and focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure analysis on time to internal and external customer.

• Ensure accuracy as requirement of end user/customer applications.
• Ensure compliance of all Management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001,      implementation and participation in Kaizen, Business excellence,5s, Safety      promotional activities, facilitate the Asset optimization audits as per plan.

· New product development for Higher NSR realization and driving Quality improvement projects for reducing COPQ.

· Ensure to get Approval for BIS certifications for Products and NABL accreditation of Labs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Location: Bokaro Steel City

CTC 20 - 50 lacs

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Metallurgy)

12 years of experience from a big steel company

Knowledge of Steel Making Processes & product standards will be preferred.

Technical Skills Required:

• Knowledge on Quality framework
• Knowledge of Process optimization module
• Knowledge on Sampling and measurement techniques for iron & steel making process.
