Product/ Solutions Consultant Role -
Designation: Depending on Relevant Experience
Job Requirement:
- Ability to understand Customer Queries, Issues & Feature Requests
- Knack for Debugging & a Strong Solution Oriented Mindset
- Quality Response to Customers in writing/ calls/ f2f + remote meeting
- Effective & Timely Resolution Management Ability to Configure & Manage Customer’s Dashboard as per the Business Requirements
- Strong Product Learning & Training Skills. Techno-functional approach.
- Support clients during critical HR events like Appraisals, Increments etc.
- Strong Logical Reasoning
- Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal & Written
- Good Presentation Skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally & within the Customer’s Organisation
- Process & Documentation Orientation
- HR Domain Experience is good to have
- Prior experience with a HRMS, CRM, Ticketing Tool, Success Toll is good to have

- Response TAT
- CSAT
Experience:
- CTC 3 - 3.6 lacs
- Location Delhi
- Fresher
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 Candidates can be targeted
- BBA or Bcom candidates only
- if master then MBA
- Must be Passed Out in 2022 Only
- If You Are Freshers Must be Passed Out in 2022 Only Not Before than that can apply
