You will be responsible for sourcing and engaging passive candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our recruitment process. Job Description:
- The candidate should be able to leverage LinkedIn recruiter and source talent passively.
- The candidate should be able to screen the applications against job posts.
- The candidate will be responsible for basic documentation wrt hiring through Linkedin.
- The candidate will be the face of the organization and should be able to engage with candidates and other important stakeholders of TA.
- The candidate will be an integral part of end to end recruitments.
