About the role

Co-build a successful, high growth SFDC practice in the above geography.

As an Inspirational business Leader

  • Primary responsibility for the role holder will be to grow our Salesforce business in North India by acquiring new customers and mining existing customer for additional business. The role is directly, independently responsible for sales and business development activity to generate leads.
  • In the opportunity cycle, the role holder will interact closely with senior client stakeholders to understand the requirements for salesforce solution and craft a compelling value proposition to win the business.
  • This role will have a team of Salesforce technology experts to help in crafting the customer propositions. A significant part of this responsibility is to present and articulate KPMG’s approach and solution, handle deep functional & technical queries and objections from clients and ultimately win the business.
  • Create positive influence on boards & CEOs, build an enviable market for SFDC’s Advisory practice.

As a Market Maker

  • Understand the SDFC macro-opportunity and strategize differentiated offerings. Work very closely with the OEM Salesforce North team in India and drive joint GTM in the territory.
  • Partner with all parts of the business (whether SLs or Sectors or Channels), in helping them understand SFDC’s positioning within the firm, and collaborate across to drive the transformational agenda
  • Develop a business plan and go to market strategy, structure, revenues/growth, and investments (year 1 to 3)
  • Deliver on financial metrics of top line (sales book & revenue book) and gross margin, for self and practice.

As a Practice Director

  • A critical dimension to the role, is to help scale up the competency by attracting, nurturing, and grooming talent. The role holder will also play a pivotal role in crafting as well as managing a skill building framework that will ensure that the employees are trained and proficient on the latest technologies of salesforce and adjacent solutions

  • Network externally, as an ambassador, to publicize KPMG in his/her market across the full spectrum of our services. Provide key trends and thought leadership to key stakeholders internally and clients (through white papers and industry representation).
  • As a practice partner, the role holder will also be responsible to successfully deliver Salesforce projects for customers. Leading a team of Salesforce practitioners, the Salesforce practice leader is expected to provide oversight to client engagements and ensuring health of the engagement.
  • The role also entails coaching and mentoring development teams to develop a solution that adopts the best development practices and methodologies, considers users experience, meets the business needs.

  • Location: Gurugram
  • CTC 80 - 85 lacs

Desired Leadership Experience
  • Minimum 18 years of IT experience across presales, delivery, and practice management. Should be currently in a practice leadership role

  • At least 8-10 years of that in selling and delivering Salesforce solutions in India

  • Extensive people management experience – building and growing teams

  • Experience in leading client engagement and building relationships at CXO levels

Desired Technical Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture design and/or implementation of enterprise software solutions. Of that at least 5-6 years of experience in designing and/or delivering complex, high volume, enterprise wide solution on Salesforce

  • Deep knowledge and expertise across the solution set of Salesforce – Sales, Service, Marketing and AI

  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform –, Apex, LWC, Integrations

  • Successful deliveries of large, complex salesforce programs spanning multiple solutions, integration and deployments.

  • Creation of IP, Solution accelerators and other innovative solutions on Salesforce that’s helped win business or successfully deliver projects.
