Roles and Responsibilities
- Payment reminders and follow-ups to be done on daily basis through calls and emails. Escalate as appropriate.
- Co-ordinate with Legal to send letters for outstanding issues.
- Co-ordinate with Project Team to track the billing milestones for invoicing.
- Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to the customers.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures.
- Weekly reporting of invoicing totals / aging totals / cash receipts / invoice adjustments etc.
- Ensure that MIS is shared with Business on a timely basis.

- Desired Candidate’s Profile
- Experience of 2 plus years in the BPO - Voice process.
- Possess knowledge of advanced formulas in MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, in order to create and present reports and data.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and customer relationship management.

- 2 Years Expeience into BPO Voice Process
- Hands on Experience: Collections management, Tally, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Possess knowledge of advanced formulas in MS Excel

- Excellent inter-personal skills and customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Making outbound calls 100-120 in a day
- Maintain MIS – Data Base and Follow up with Clients
