Title: Business Analyst for Concur Travel and Expense Application
Type: Offshore Contract
Summary
The Concur Support Analyst is a crucial role focused on leading the support of Concur Travel and Expense across Live Nation Entertainment, the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of four core business areas: Concerts, Ticketing, Artist Nation, and Sponsorship & Advertising. You will support Concur Travel and Expense system for US and EMEA regions.
The role focuses heavily on working with the accounting and finance leadership and subject matter experts in initiating, planning, monitoring, and controlling their finance transformation.
You must have extensive experience in the implementation of Concur. You will be responsible for accurately modelling business scenarios, defining use-cases and system interactions, developing testable specifications, ensuring all requirements are met and acting as crucial communication as the business and project manager.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience as Business Analyst to identify, analyze and document technology capability, needs and systems requirements
- Must have hands-on experience in Concur implementation
- Conduct fit analysis meeting
- Discuss best practices and design a workshop
- Configure system
- Conduct unit testing with the development
- Conduct end-to-end system testing with business
- Conduct user acceptance testing
- Documenting systems requirements relating to the Programme, including integration, data migration and custom developments
- Design and execute test scripts and scenarios and facilitate resolving identified issues to the satisfaction of business users.
Requirements:
- Ctc 15 - 18 lacs
- Experience with Oracle ERP Financials
- 3+ years prior experience with Concur, with 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations required.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
- Self-driven to achieve the highest service standards, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery.
- Able to work with the Business Designers and Data Migration lead to identifying data migration needs and documenting these, developing data migration test scripts and testing data quality as a result of migration
- Developing integration specifications and working with the business teams. Developing test scripts and performing integration testing before UAT.
- Managing system configuration defects from identification through to resolution throughout all testing phases of the Programme
- Working closely with software vendors Concur to understand how standard system capability can be used optimally to support business processes without software customization.
- Working closely with Business and Concur vendors to ensure a smooth transition of the solution into operations
- Ability to work in large global environments spanning multiple time zones
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
