Job Description:
- Execution of on time with very high accuracy (Zero Error).
- Thorough for various grades
- Complete knowledge of leave rules, maintenance of leave records, enabling leave encashment annual / retirees
- Maintenance and administration of time schedules for monthly Wages payment and such other payments, like leave encashment, Bonus.
- Adequate knowledge of Income Tax Provisions relating to Wages TDS and compliance in regard to TDS, Return filings, intimation to Associates, issue of Form 16, etc.
- Co-ordination with
- Providing Wages related MIS and responding to from HR and individual Associates.
- Complete care of accounts of Expenses and Advances.
- Supporting with details and data required by HR for various statutory filings, submission of periodic reports in specified formats.
- Thorough knowledge of and running programs for regular and off-cycle pay process
- Co-ordination with System Dept and continuous review of Payroll related programs
- Close co-ordination with HR and Finance teams in order to seamlessly link attendance, employee positioning, etc., with monthly pay processing
- Flair for employee service
- Ctc upto 6 Lacs
- Location: Chennai
- Language Required: Tamil, English, Hindi
- 4 - 6 Years Experience into Same Profile
- Qualification: MBA Finance or M com
- SAP Wages knowledge income tax knowledge compliance knowledge
- Any manufacturing but good to have from Automotive manufacturing and automobile manufacturing industry
- Overall capability to run pay process oriented job coupled with knowledge of Income Tax law and practice in the field of TDS.
- shift timing: 7.30-4.30
- breakfast lunch snacks facility will be provided
- 1-1.5 hours travel to plant location from city, transport facility will be provided
- 5 day work week.
