Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities of Stores Incharge
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Stores department
- Responsible for all Stores activities including Stores Physical Stocks.
- Implementing and Maintaining ISO 9001 / 14001 / 18000 works & 5S activities.
- Manage the inward, storage and outward moment of raw material and finished goods and the control inventory levels in the stores.
- Ensuring proper receipt procedures for incoming materials
- Ensuring recording & accounting receipt and issue of inventory
- Prepare accurate documentation related to receipt of material and issue of materials
- Ensure periodic audits of goods in stores to prevent leaks or spoilage.
- Receipt verification of materials in co -ordination with user department.
- Follow up with purchase department for supply of items to maintain minimum stock levels.
- Material codification & classification
- Prepare material shortage list and forward to purchase / procurement, prepare a regular stock position reports / MIS and forward to purchase and accounts in order to ensure appropriate inventory management.
- For easy identification every material should having identification tag, it is easy to pick up the materials
- Ensure no goods damaged due to storage /life issues and follow the proper storage procedures.
- Maintain all stores records for monthly review meeting
- Analyzing the inventory for ABC classification and ensuring that the A and B class material are stored securely / properly ands safely.
- Identification of slow moving / non moving material and informing the management about the appropriate action to be taken
- Implementing the perpetual inventory verification system and dealing with the variances
- Ensure that the stores handling equipment /facilities are in running condition
- Ensure that the shelf life items are identified and the FIFO method of issue is followed in respect of these items
- Submitting various daily/monthly reports including inventory / rejection / Physical verification reports to concerned HOD.
- Practicing safe working methods and maintaining good house keeping.
- Maximizing space usage within the stores.
- Review physical inventories periodically.
- Check incoming materials for quality and quantity against invoices, purchase order and packing slips or other documents.
- To ensure proper execution of all stores operations and functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Location: Kurnool, Hyderabad
- Ctc 14 - 16 Lakh
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience in Stores department from Renewable industry Power Wind and Solar
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech
- Mandatory Skills: Stores Incharge - Implementing and Maintaining ISO 9001 / 14001 / 18000 works & 5S activities

- COMPUTER LITERACY: MS-Office and SAP
