Job Description
We at "Vestian" would like to hire a Project Manager for our PMC Business Unit. Looking for a professional with at least 9-16 years of relevant work experience with expertise in MSP Scheduling, Industrial Interior Fit out Projects who’ll be able to handle the projects. This is a full-time position .
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, coordination and control of projects from inception to completion.
- Establish excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project
- Establish and implement the Project Management Plan
- Develop the project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget
- Establish and control the project master programme
- Monitor compliance with the construction program and identify mitigation plans if the project is in delay
- Implement change control processes
- Proactively identify risks and issues and formulate risk mitigation plans
- Chair meetings and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner
- Provide timely regular reporting on project progress, cost, key risks and decisions required.
- Assess and resolve site coordination issues
- Carry out contract administration duties including issuing payment certificates
- Manage the planning and implementation of Health & Safety before and during construction
- Manage and coordinate the project handover and close out phases
- Team management and managing large number of projects parallelly (small to medium scale) to ensure smooth execution, timely completion, quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Acting as an interface between the client, contractors and consultants to resolve all project issues and arrive at optimal solutions.
- Organizing weekly review meetings of the in-house project team and sorting out all collaboration issues.
- Maintaining the quality of all the documents with the required level of detailing at each stage
Requirements And Qualification:
Location: Bangalore
Ctc 15 - 20 lacs
9-16 years of relevant work experience with expertise in MSP Scheduling, Industrial Interior Fit out Projects who’ll be able to handle the projects.
BE / B.TECH in CIVIL is required
Language Proficiency- English and Kannada (Required)
NOTE: Need to hire, candidate having experience of having completed at least 1 project of 1million sqft. This is a mandatory requirement.)
Target Industries- Similar role in IPCs' (International Property Consultant firms like Savills, JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, Anarock, etc.) or a similar role in INDUSTRY (Eg. Pharma, Manufacturing, etc.)
Candidate must have experience in Industrial projects
