Roles & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. The bulk of the role will involve employee orientations, benefits and rewards administration, digitization and analytics implementation, and conflict resolution. We are eager to find an HR personnel who is passionate to bring change in the organization by driving meaningful connect with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce
- Managing a team to handle Employee Life Cycle Activities for a portfolio of 700 + employees
- Maintaining and enhancing employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
- Assisting with recruitment efforts, and preparing employees for assignments by facilitating orientation and training programs at site along with managing performance
- Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Central and State Labour Laws, conducting investigations, maintaining records and handling HR Compliance Audits
- Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction
- Handle confidential matters with discretion

- Ctc 25 - 35 Lacs
- 10-15 years of industrial on-site experience
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
- Adept in handling HR issues pertaining to site employees and extended contract workforce
- Someone with clarity of thought and experience in managing employees’ engagement, compliances and HR governance
- People from premiere institutes and/or premiere industrial/manufacturing companies preferred.
- MBA/Equivalent degree in human resources
- Must handle Employee Life Cycle Activities for 500 plus employees
- Candidate From Large Manufacturing Companies
- Candidate who has has handled Employee Life Cycle
