 We are Looking Key Accounts Manager With 3 - 7 Yearspast work experience in sales/Travel Trade/ Key Account Management/ Contracting/B2B Sales.

Location: Mumbai & Goa

What will you be doing:
  • Managing key hotel accounts.
  • Forming strategic partnerships with leadership teams of the hotel brands. Exposure  to engaging and learning from leading industry stalwarts.
  • Business and Financial acumen.
  • Leading a team of high potential key account managers.

What are you required to bring to the team:
1. Relationship and Key Account Management:
  • Key account management the person will be responsible for connecting and engaging with the C level management of the Neo Chains. and will be responsible for the account management of key chain hotels  and driving sustainable performance of the account.
  • Collaborating with partners in the portfolio and providing expertise, metrics, analysis, and recommendations based on the industry's best practices.
  • The role will involve traveling across various cities for meeting relevant decision- makers. Also, the incumbent would have to be on the field for 50% of the days within the same city as well.

2. Portfolio Management and Driving Growth for units :
  • Review monthly production reports and provide feedback to top producing hotels, plan and execute market visits, review meetings (Virtually + in person) to discuss monthly performance, and train partner hotels on our extranet to enable them to use it effectively.
  • Building review reports, sharing insights on market with the hotels, comp-set analysis to drive growth for  the unit.
  • Ensuring adequate inventory availability and price competitiveness throughout the year

3. Negotiation Skills:
  • Networking, Deal initiating, negotiation & closing deal with hotel partners. Strategize in order to market 
  • the hotel in a better way- On-boarding hotels for Ad- tech sponsored, unit campaigns.
  • Exclusive deal making with hotel partners to ensure competitive edge for Go-MMT

Qualification & Requirements:
  • Location: Mumbai & Goa
  • Ctc 13-16 Lakh
  • candidates having 3 - 7 Years past work experience in sales/Travel Trade/ Key Account Management/ Contracting/B2B Sales.
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred. MS Excel MS Power-point
  • Women Candidates only
  • Qualification MBA
  • AM - 10 to 13 Lpa, DM - 13 to 16 Lpa (Inclusive of 10% of variable)
  • Premium account handling experience
  • Candidate should be from Mumbai or should have major experience in Mumbai Market only
  • Candidates Should be from Zomato, Swiggy, Extramark, Flipkar, Amazon, HUL, Colgate Palmolive or Similar Companies
