The responsibilities include:
- Drafting and posting job descriptions
- Advertising & managing job openings on Job Portals and Social Media
- Communicating with various agencies to source potential candidates
- Sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Referrals & Agencies
- Screening applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video call)
- Overseeing the complete hiring process, including reviewing applicants, setting up & conducting interviews
- Sending job offers and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits
- Processing background verification of the finalized candidates
- Maintaining detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations
Requirements:
Location: Noida
Ctc 3 - 5 lacs
2 - 4 years of experience in hiring for Tech & Non-Tech roles Both (Must)
Any Graduate
