Job Description:
- Function
- Talent Acquisition
- Good experience in doing Non IT / Bulk Hiring recruitments.
- Handling the entire recruitment process. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment .
- Sourcing candidates through various sources for cost effective hiring,
- Screening/shortlisting CVs, conducting F2F, Telephonic ,online interviews, fundamental analysis and short listing of the candidates
- Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers,
- Salary fitment, negotiation and offer roll-outs.
Requirements:
- Location: Gurgaon
- Ctc 3 - 3.6 lacs
- 1 year Experience into Buk Hiring in Non IT Profiles
- Candidates Must be From Bulk Hiring Backgound Like Bpo Hirings or Any Company's Have Bulk Hiring
- Should have hired atlease 25 people per month
- Bacholer Degree
- Must be below 31 Years
- Nature of work: Work from office, Monday to Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m
