Requirements:

CTC: 40 to 75 lacs
15 – 18 years of overall experience.
NOTE: Proven Talent Acquisition experience in Big 4/ Big 10 management consulting firms in the Middle East region Only Can Apply
Adequate knowledge & hiring experience across roles such as: Consulting/ Advisory positions in technology, finance, Transactions/ capital projects and within IT, roles in Cybersecurity, IT infrastructure/ networking, etc.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Ability to contribute in the company’s growth strategy and support execution.
Qualified MBA / equivalent from a renowned institute.
Soft skills: Assertive, articulative, diligent and having the ability to influence the team & stakeholders to derive results.
Knowledge of Local language or being a local national is NOT NECESSARY.
The role may require moderate travel within the region.
