Job Description
KEY SET OF SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Leadership, Sales Planning, Knowledge of CRM systems, Inbound Sales, Goal- setting, strong analytical skills,
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the work of the inside sales representatives team & evaluate performance.
- Coach, train, monitor & mentor sales representatives efficiency and day-to-day goals.
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs
- Execute sales analysis and prepare sales reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Generate leads to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
- Address and efficiently resolve complaints and customers issues.
- Maintaining records of all leads generated and actual sales.

- Ctc 5 - 9lacs
- 6 - 8 yrs of proven working experience as an Inside Sales Manager
- Must Have Experience into Inside Sales Only
- Must Have Experience into Team Handling
- Hands on Experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
