The HRBP Manager will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to the business, with a focus on building a positive employee experience and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that support the company's overall business objectives
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including managers and employees
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Drive recruitment and retention efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Develop and deliver employee engagement and development programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive

Requirements:
Location: Mumbai
Ctc 8 - 10 lacs
3 years of experience in an HRBP role
preferably in an e-commerce or startup environment
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
