a) Source and recruit appropriate candidates as per requirement
b) induction new joinees
c) Maintenance of Careers page
d) IT Asset Management
e) ERP access rights – Mumbai
f) OD for Mumbai team
g) Exit management of Mumbai team
h) Event management and Employee engagement
Requirements:
- Ctc 10 - 12lacs
- 10 - 12 yrs as HR
- Qualification MBA HR
- Candidates from Manufaturing Companies
- HR Manager in Recruitment and Admin - Talent Acquisition, Induction
- Non negotiables – Knowledge of HRMS software
