Job Description:

Title: Head of Talent Acquisition (Tech)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Overview: As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of all talent acquisition initiatives, predominantly engineering hiring. You will work closely with senior leadership and HR partners to understand business goals and develop a talent acquisition strategy that meets the current and future needs of the organization. You will also be responsible for building and managing a high-performing talent acquisition team. Building scalable and suitable practices for engineering hiring along with the hiring managers will be one of the focus areas.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Technology talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with the overall business goals of the organization
  • Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing coaching, development, and guidance as needed
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR partners to understand the current and future talent needs of the organization
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Build relevant practices and process for engineering campus hiring in collaboration with overall organisation stakeholders and colleagues in the group coimpany.  
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, such as recruitment agencies and search firms
  • Stay up-to-date on tech industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to implement best practices for Technology hiring. 
  • Monitor and analyze key talent acquisition metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions
  • Introduce cost-effective hiring measures.
  • Constantly keep track of Time, Quality, and cost measures for reflect on hiring practices and introduce new solutions based on the overall business needs and hiring priorities.  
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement programs and initiatives that support employee retention and development
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing talent acquisition strategies

  • Ctc 30 - 35 lacs
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Min 3yrs Experience in a Leadership Role is Must
  • Candidates with both Tech / Non-Tech / Leadership hiring expertise Must
  • Must have experience in leading TA function
  • Must have experience in building TA systems and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Experience leading and managing a team of talent acquisition professionals
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and the unique talent needs of the sector. 
  • Experience in working in Technology-driven sector or product companies. 
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
  • Must have strong analytical skills to build and track TA success metrics
  • Surely an experience of building teams that are equal to 100 or more along with team's support. Any levels from Enggs to Sr Engg manager is fine.
