Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To act as an interface between business stakeholders and the implementation teams
  • 3+ Years of expertise in working as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Analyst
  • Gather business requirements from the stakeholders and convert them into technical requirements for implementation purposes.
  • Managing coordination at with central IT and India teams as required
  • Liaise with implementation partners/vendors to obtain a project plan on the implementation, which includes scope, time, and cost (but not limited to the aforesaid)
  • Coordinate UAT before the system implementation
  • Escalate any issues/blockers with management causing delays
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM or other CRM applications is essential
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Ops is good to have but not essential
  • Prior experience in managing digital projects will be an advantage
  • Understanding of Project Management methodology
  • Understanding of Real Estate business - Preferred but not Essential
  • Proactive, able to work well under pressure, good support attitude, able to work well either on their own, or part of a team
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Good understanding of system life cycle phases
