Responsibilities
- Collaborating with HODs and understanding different job functions and role requirements and accordingly writing Job Description.
- Develop and execute recruiting plans, prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, IJPs & Social Media.
- Having strong command on vendor management for achieving deliverables.
- Minimum of 5 candidates have to be shortlisted everyday who are matching 80% and above as per Job Description.
- Scheduling the interviews with all levels and updating candidate’s progress in HRIS / ATS.
- Salary negotiation & rolling out the offers post documentations.
- Accomplishing pre-onboarding process as per TAT mentioned in the HR SOP.
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and being able to provide a great candidate experience at all stages of the hiring life cycle
- Ctc 3.5 - 4.5lacs
- 3 to 6 years of experience in recruiting for Junior, Mid and senior-level positions using different sourcing channels.
- Complete working experience in the full-cycle hiring process, especially in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Recruitment Consulting/ Start-up hiring experience will be given first priority.
- Specialization in Human Resources Management (Bachelors/Masters).
- Excellent fluency/command over the English, Hindi & Telugu Language. (All Mandatory)
- A great attitude and lots of passion for the role with strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands on experience with managing Walk in Interview, Job posting, In house Hiring, Knowledge of Job Portals, and Mass Mailing Job Consultant Management.
- Able to manage deadlines with quality output.
