Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Performing hardware and software installations, configurations and updates
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software or hardware
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Define software, hardware and network requirements
Requirements:
- Ctc 2 - 3lacs
- 1-2 Year years of experience in IT Support
- should be Proficient with MAC and Windows OS
- Proficient in Gmail hosted domain or email account management.
- should have exp in hardware and software installations, configurations and updates
- client can not go beyond 30 percentage hike
- english-local language Required
- A technical, logical thought process
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines
- Must be a Graduate
